Matcha Moringa Mint Chip Energy Balls

2 tbsp coconut flour
1/3 cup coconut flakes
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp matcha powder
1 tsp moringa powder
1 tbsp cacao nibs
5-6 drops peppermint essential oil
2 scoops collagen
2 tbsp brain octane
1 tbsp coconut milk
3 soaked dates
1 tsp vanilla

-Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until everything sticks together in a big ball
- scoop out balls of the batter and place on a parchment-lined plate or baling sheet
- place in the freezer for about 30 minutes and then store in a container in the fridge
